Manitoba Hunting/Fishing Info + Forms

The Manitoba Hunting Guide and the Manitoba Angling Guide, non-resident & foreign resident licence application, and general information on hunting/fishing in Manitoba can be found on the Department Natural Resources and Northern Development website or by calling 1-800-214-6497.

Mandatory Hunter Education Requirement

Effective January 1, 2012, the same mandatory hunter education requirements that apply to first-time hunters and everyone under the age of 19 applies to everybody when purchasing a Manitoba hunting licence. Please refer to the Manitoba Hunting Guide on the Manitoba Natural Resources and Northern Development website or call 1-800-214- 6497 for further information.

Manitoba’s Master Angler Program

Visit Travel Manitoba’s website to learn more about Manitoba’s Master Angler program and the complementary Li’l Angler program for kids. Manitoba’s Master Angler program is the oldest such program in North America!

Hotel Reservations

If you’re arriving a day before your scheduled flight to one of our outposts via Adventure Air, you may want to book a night at Drifters Inn in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba (junctions of Highways 11 and 313). You can make reservations directly by calling 204-345-2915. Drifters Inn is located 1.6 km (one mile) from Adventure Air’s Lac du Bonnet float base. driftersinn.net

Shuttle Service

Shuttle Service is available from the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport to Lac du Bonnet (the location of our flight partner, Adventure Air, who will fly you to our outposts). Shuttle service can be booked when you make your reservation.
